He has a proven record of delivering high-performance outcomes with technology & change processes
within and on behalf of a wide variety of business sizes, cultures & industries globally.
Added to his practical & leadership experience in most business disciplines from sales through operations to customer engagement & retention which helps him bring a "360 vision" to business.
Passionately committed evangelist for applying value-focused approaches to helping business & people grow and prosper he uses this to make change acceptable, achievable and adoptable.
Using this “challenger” mindset, he has built and led successful businesses and helped other leaders build and develop their business & people.
In Fractional COO & Executive Advisor engagements from Reignite, he brings innovative ideas and practices from his deep experience in all stages of the business lifecycle.
Jane Burgess
Director & Co-Owner
Co-Owner and fellow inspiration for the ethos of the company and its "Whole" view on success.
She is a passionate believer that people are key to business success and that only by considering the "whole person" can you help clear barriers to change and maximise personal and business potential.
Jane studied psychology at Cambridge University and had her own successful practice as a confidential counsellor aligned with the UK Health Service. Increasingly, she found that augmenting this with her nutrition & health training could provide a more effective "holistic" help for people.
This led to an increasing focus in her personal practice on wider techniques and "alternative" therapies to help supplement the traditional approaches.
She is a Master Teacher of both Usui and Karuna Reiki and a practitioner of multiple techniques such as guided meditation and relaxation, NLP & Thought Field Therapy.
She brings this deep and wide experience to the mix in a Reignite team and engagements ensuring we deliver value for the "Whole Business".
