To ensure we deliver concrete outcomes together rather than just a “talking shop”, we use the concepts of strategic “engagements” and tactical “steps”. Each is a work package aimed to deliver required outcomes and changes that will impact your value and potential. You may choose to have one or more strategic engagements. This depends on the scope of your situation and what we agree is the best approach to maximise your value and resources. Every engagement will be broken down into one or any number of "Value Promise" stepping stones that are each designed to deliver their own measurable value quickly while still building towards the strategic vision. This allows us to take manageable outcome-based steps but still make clear progress towards the overriding strategic vision. It also ensures our mutual time is constantly reviewed and only focused where it has real impact by applying clear regular checkpoints where we can measure impact, flex and make better informed decisions on how to proceed. To accelerate and optimise impact, steps can often be executed in parallel using the most relevant methodology for that step. We use a "4 E" framework to structure governance and feedback at both across the complete engagement and for each "Value Promise" step. This keeps things simple and yet ensures good standard governance and feedback on the journey freeing execution to use the most optimal detailed methodology within the step. We regularly review the engagement programs together and make sure that we are maximising and accelerating your value. Our aim is to keep our complete partnership constantly “value positive” for you rather than a "front loaded prescriptive roadmap". This provides you with flexibility, responsiveness and resilience not only to respond to things we discover but also to the changes in environment that are the reality of life

4. EVALUATE
Formal checkpoint at the end of a "Value Promise" step and regularly across the engagement portfolio. Together, we review progress against targets, learnings from the step and consider any changes in related real life environments. We use these to refine and flex the next steps & even the journey plan as a whole. This helps ensure all activities and subsequent “ENGAGE" cycles are even more tailored to deliver value in your environment.
